Introduction to Problem Solving Techniques: Precalculus
Before we begin, we will locate a textbook and take a look at it. It should be known that Algebra with Trigonometry or College Algebra and Trigonometry are the same exact books as a standard Precalculus textbook; only, they may—on occasion—have an introduction to limits in calculus in the last chapter. This depends on the textbook/author.
Precalculus is essentially just a more elaborate version condensed into one semester of both algebra and trigonometry. Meaning: it is a review course but at a more complicated level.
